Valor Patrimonial De Los Bienes Adquiridos Por Leasing

amends decreto 624/89

Modifíquese el artículo 267-1 del Estatuto Tributario el cual quedará así:

Artículo 267-1. Valor patrimonial de los bienes adquiridos por leasing . En los contratos de arrendamiento financiero o leasing financiero, el valor patrimonial corresponderá al determinado en el artículo 127-1 de este Estatuto.
