Intervención de los organismos de control . Cuando una entidad obligada por la Ley 448 de 1998 a hacer aportes al Fondo de Contingencias Contractuales de las Entidades Estatales no los realice en el monto y oportunidad dispuestos en el plan de aportes, la Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A. deberá informarlo así a los organismos de control respectivos para lo de su competencia.
