El procedimiento para la ejecución por jurisdicción coactiva será el que corresponda para los procesos de mayor, menor o mínima cuantía, según lo establece el Código del Procedimiento Civil. De las excepciones, apelaciones y recursos de queja conocerá la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo, según las reglas de la competencia.
