El gravamen creado por esta Ley no se hará efectivo cuando los establecimientos gravados por ella no funcionen por lo menos tres veces al mes.

Los empresarios de los mencionados establecimientos estarán obligados para conseguir la exención a que se refiere este artículo, a dar aviso con quince días de anticipación, por lo menos, del cierre de ellos, a la primera autoridad política del lugar, la que estará obligada a dar aviso oportuno a la respectiva autoridad departamental recaudadora.
