º A partir del 1º de enero de 1986, la suma que por depreciación de bicicletas paga la Administración Postal Nacional al personal de carteros, será de un mil cuatrocientos treinta y cinco pesos ($ 1.435.00) mensuales. Esta suma se pagará a quienes para el cumplimiento de sus labores utilicen permanentemente la bicicleta.
