JUNTA DIRECTIVA. La junta directiva es el órgano de administración permanente del fondo de empleados sujeto a la asamblea general y responsable de la dirección general de los negocios y operaciones. Estará compuesta por asociados hábiles en el número de miembros principales y suplentes que señalen los estatutos y tendrá el período determinado en éstos.
