supplements decreto 663/93

Adiciónase el numeral 1 del artículo 114 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con los siguientes literales:

"k) Cuando incumpla la orden de exclusión de activos y pasivos que le sea impartida por la Superintendencia Bancaria, y

Cuando se incumpla el programa de desmonte progresivo acordado con la Superintendencia Bancaria."
