Art. 1.° A las personas que tengan ó establezcan bodegas á orillas de los ríos navegables que atraviesen el territorio de más de un Departamento, sin que hayan llenado previamente las formalidades que previene el decreto número 356, de fecha 16 de Abril de este año, se les impondrá por el Prefecto de lo Provincia respectiva una multa que no baje de $ 50 ni exceda de 500. De esta multa se hace responsable el infractor, cuantas veces reincida en la falta apuntada.
