Artículo diecinueve. En las extensiones territoriales fronterizas y costaneras que determine la Dirección General de Aduanas, las planillas o guías de que trata el artículo anterior deberán ser visadas y selladas por los funcionarios de aduanas o los comandos de policía correspondientes, de los lugares o retenes por orden se transporte el azúcar, según la reglamentación que sobre el particular dicte la Dirección General de Aduanas.
