º . Participación pública en el Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 155 de la Ley 1151 de 2007 y mantener la participación pública en el Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales en condiciones de sostenibilidad, eficiencia y economía, a la cesión de activos, pasivos y contratos que se realice entre las Administradoras de Riesgos Profesionales de naturaleza pública, se le aplicará lo previsto en el presente decreto.
