Para efectos del artículo 13 de la Ley 20 de 1979, decláranse de interés para el desarrollo económico y social del país, los proyectos agro-industriales, de forestación, de aprovechamiento de la riqueza ictiolójica y los cultivos permanentes de cacao, palma africana y frutales, que sean desarrollados en los Distritos Fronterizos a que se requiere el artículo 3º del presente Decreto.
