Artículo° Prorrógase hasta el 30 de jµnio de 1916 el plazo señalado por el articulo 16 de la Ley 64 de 1916 para el cambio de billetes de antiguas ediciones legalmente emitidos. por lo representativos de oro al cambio se hará a relación de cien pesos ( $ 100 billetes antiguos por un peso 1$ representativo de oro .
