La acción disciplinaria y las sanciones procederán aún cuando el notario haya hecho dejación del cargo. Cuando la suspensión o la destitución no puedan hacerse efectiva por perdida anterior del cargo se anotarán en la hoja de vida del sancionado para que surta sus efectos para impedimento. IX.
