A los establecimientos en donde, conjuntamente con otro tipo de alimentos, se expenda leche, para la expedición de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento se exigirá, además de los requisitos propios que deba cumplir en relación con alimentos en general, los especiales señalados en el presente Decreto.
