En, los términos de esta Ley quedan adicionados los artículos 318 y 329 del Código del Comercio, 9º de la Ley 4ª de 1907 y 4º y 17 de la Ley 53 de 1918, y derogado el numeral 3º del artículo 29 del Decreto número 894, sobre impuestos de timbre.
