La Junta Consultora se reunirá ordinariamente una vez por mes, y extraordinariamente cuando la Junta lo considere necesario o la convoquen su Presidente, el Gerente de la Sociedad Fiduciaria o el Revisor Fiscal de la misma. Actuará como Secretario de la Junta, el Secretario General de la Sociedad Fiduciaria Administradora del Fondo o quien la Junta indique.
