Ley 1349 de 2009 · por medio de la cual se aprueba el “Acuerdo de Diálogo Político y Cooperación entre la Comunidad Europea y sus Estados miembros, por una parte, y la Comunidad Andina y sus Países miembros (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y Venezuela), por otra parte”, hecho en Roma, el quince (15) de diciembre de dos mil tres (2003).
