Repealed

El Gobierno Nacional deberá suscribir y pactar acciones del Banco Ganadero en cuantía de veinte millones de pesos ($ 20.000.000.00); para lo cual se le autoriza abrir créditos y hacer los traslados necesarios en el Presupuesto de la actual y sucesivas vigencias, con el fin de que pueda dar cumplimiento inmediato a lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.

Parágrafo

En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo, el Gobierno deberá adquirir, en primer lugar, las acciones del Banco Ganadero que actualmente posean la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero, y el Fondo de Estabilización.
