De la publicidad. Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud y el Ministerio de Salud, podrán dar a la publicidad los hechos que como resultado del incumplimiento de las disposiciones santarias, deriven riesgos para la salud de personas, con el objeto de prevenir a los usuarios.
