El personal perteneciente a las Fuerzas Militares y de Policía que desempeñen los cargos de Alcaldes, Corregidores e Inspectores de Policía, tendrán derecho a que se le reconozca cómo único emolumento con cargo a las respectivas apropiaciones de asignaciones y en calidad de gastos de representación, la mitad del valor del sueldo mensual correspondiente al cargo.
