Los Jurados deberán contestar cada uno de los siguientes cuestionarios con un "SI" o un "NO"; pero si juzgaren con el hecho se ha cometido con circunstancias diversas a las expresadas en el respectivo cuestionario, podrán expresarlo así brevemente en la contestación.

Parágrafo

Restablécerse a deliberación colectiva del jurado, cuyas conclusiones se tomarán en privado por mayoría de votos.
