Articulo 11. La compra y venta de moneda extranjera deberá hacerse en la Oficina respectiva del Banco de la República establecida en zona franca. El pago de servicios a las personas naturales o juridicas en zonas francas sólo podrá hacerse en moneda legal colombiana.
