Incurrirán en multa de $ 500.00 a $ 4.000,00, convertibles en arresto, en la forma ordinaria, además de la prisión que les corresponda, si fuere el caso, según el artículo 407 del Código Penal, los directores de periódico o periodistas que mediante la amenaza de hacer alguna publicación de la índole expresada en el artículo anterior, traten de obligar o inducir a alguna persona o entidad a hacer o dejar de hacer alguna cosa.
