Se impone, la sanción indicada en el aparte i) por reincidencia en las infracciones de que trata el artículo anterior y por las siguientes: 1ª Evasión. 2ª Tumultos, motines, rebeliones, gritos sediciosos para incitar a los compañeros a la rebelión, resistencia para someterse a las sanciones impuestas. 3ª Injurias, amenazas, tentativa de violencia contra los funcionarios o visitantes. 4ª Golpes, lesiones, violencias o intimidaciones graves a los compañeros. 5ª Desobediencia a las órdenes del personal superior del establecimiento. 6ª Violencia contra el personal de custodia, golpes o lesiones a los agentes.
