El Artículo 20 Del Decreto 1910 De 1912, Quedará Así: "todo Ingeniero Que Forme Parte De La Caja, Pagará Mensualmente Una Suma Igual Al Tres Por Ciento

° El artículo 20 del Decreto 1910 de 1912, quedará así: "Todo ingeniero que forme parte de la Caja, pagará mensualmente una suma igual al tres por ciento .de su sueldo, suma que será descontada por los respectivos Pagadores, quienes la girarán inmediatamente al Cajero Contador de la Caja.

Parágrafo

, El no cumplimiento de la disposición anterior, por parte de los Pagadores, los hace responsables de la suma o sumas que dejaren de descontar.
