En los lugares en que haya médicos oficiales, el. funcionario de instrucción en vez de nombrar peritos para lo que se relaciona con tales servicios, dará aviso a los empleados aludidos a fin de que practiquen las diligencias necesarias y den su dictamen por escrito, en la forma y con los requisitos que se exigen para la prueba pericial.
