LA SUSPENSIÓN PARCIAL O TOTAL DE TRABAJOS O SERVICIOS consiste en la orden, por razones de prevención o control sanitario, del cese de actividades o servicios cuando se considere que están siendo ejecutados con violación de las normas del presente Decreto. La suspensión podrá ordenarse sobre todos o parte de los trabajos o servicios que se adelanten o se presten.
