° . Legalización de urbanizaciones y construcciones. Cuando se trate de la legalización de urbanizaciones o construcciones, su refacción, remodelación o ampliación, los curadores urbanos liquidarán a cargo del interesado las mismas expensas que si se tratara de un proyecto nuevo.
