Se recibirá testimonio a los mayores de 12 años que no fueren inhábiles para ello, ni deban proteger aquello que se les haya confiado por razón de su ministerio, oficio o profesión. A quienes rindan testimonio por certificación jurada se les remitirá solicitud con el interrogatorio del caso, indicándoles que deberán responder a más tardar al tercer día de recibida dicha petición.
