al artículo 2° del Decreto 2613 de 2008, del siguiente tenor:

Parágrafo

Para efectos de lo previsto en el presente artículo, a las entidades territoriales sobre las cuales se haya adoptado la medida correctiva de asunción temporal de competencia a que se refiere el artículo 13 del Decreto 028 de 2008, en el sector de educación, no se les aplicará el cruce de cuentas de que trata el artículo 37 de la Ley 1151 de 2007, mientras subsista la medida.
