Objeto del Servicio de Capacitación. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 41 de la Ley 1636 de 2013, la capacitación para la inserción laboral es el proceso de aprendizaje dirigido a preparar, desarrollar y complementar las capacidades de las personas para el desempeño de funciones específicas.

La prestación de los programas de capacitación deberá sujetarse a los lineamientos de pertinencia, oportunidad, cobertura y calidad establecidos por el Ministerio del Trabajo.
