Artículo primero. Legalizase el Acuerdo número 5 aprobado por la honorable Corte Electoral con fecha 28 de agosto de 1957, que el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil somete a la consideración de la Junta Militar de Gobierno, y que dice: ''ACUERDO NUMERO 5 DE 1957 (AGOSTO 28) por el cual de aprueba una Resolución del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil. La Corte Electoral, en ejercicio de sus atribuciones legales, especialmente de las que le confieren el artículo 17 de la Ley 89 de 1948 y el articulo 2°. del Decreto número 502 del 4 de marzo de 1955, ACUERDA:
