Del contrato con el usuario operador. Aprobada la solicitud de instalación, se suscribirá un contrato entre el usuario operador y el usuario desarrollador o industrial de bienes o de servicios. En el contrato se estipulará como mínimo el objeto, el valor, las garantías, el término del mismo y la actividad o actividades a desarrollar. CAPITULO VI . Inversión de capital extranjero.
