º Las estampillas de timbre nacional deben ser anuladas por los funcionarios encargados de la expedición de las copias, certificados y extractos de que trata el presente Decreto. Dicha anulación se hará en la forma prevista por el artículo 18 del Decreto 2908 de 1960. La adherencia de las estampillas padre hacerse en los márgenes del papel común empleado.
