º. A partir del 1º de enero de 1956, el 50% de la suscripción de nuevas acciones de Acerías Paz del Río, S. A., que hagan las personas naturales o jurídicas en virtud de las disposiciones se atenderá con las acciones que el Banco de la República reciba en fideicomiso del Gobierno Nacional, hasta que éstas pasen en su totalidad a poder de los particulares.
