Anotación en el archivo sindical. Dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la providencia que decida la solicitud de inscripción de una junta directiva sindical, el funcionario del conocimiento remitirá copia de la misma a la Dirección de Inspección, Vigilancia, Control y Gestión Territorial - Grupo de Archivo Sindical en Bogotá o quien haga sus veces, para efectos de la anotación correspondiente.
