Articulo 4° Los sueldos señalados en los artículos anteriores se reconocerán desde el 1.°. del presente mes. Los gastos que ocasione este Decreto se imputaran al capítulo 61, articulo 640, del Presupuesto vigente. Quedan en estos términos reformados los Decretos numero 1661 de 1919 y 1290 de 1920. Comuníquese y publíquese.
