El Comando de un Grupo constara de un Teniente Coronel o Mayor, que será el Comandante, un Oficial de Detall del grado de Mayor, y un Subteniente Ayudante. El Comando de un Regimiento de caballería o artillería estará a cargo de un Teniente Coronel o Coronel, y tendrá como Ayudante a un Teniente. Los Comandos de Batallón de ingenieros y de tren tendrán además del Comandante, un Oficial de Detall y un Subteniente Ayudante.
