Destínase la suma hasta de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) para dar cumplimiento a la presente ley. En caso de que no fuere incluida esta partida en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, el Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos o hacer los traslados correspondientes.
