Comités de Incendios Forestales. Los alcaldes no podrán delegar en persona distinta a los Secretarios de Gobierno respectivos, su asiento en los Comités de Incendios y/o Comisiones Forestales. La Secretaría Técnica estará a cargo de los cuerpos de bomberos oficiales o en su defecto de los bomberos voluntarios.

Estos Comités deberán recepcionar y estudiar las recomendaciones que hagan los Cuerpos de Bomberos respecto a los eventos para los cuales están convocados.
