El que habiendo tenido indebidamente conocimiento del contenido de un documento que deba permanecer en reserva, y fuera de los casos previstos en el artículo 304, lo divulgue sin justa causa, con perjuicio de alguien, o en provecho del responsable o de un tercero, incurrirá en arresto de tres meses a un año y en multa de veinte a mil pesos.
