Sistema de Información. El Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural implementará un sistema de información que cubra todas las operaciones de los subsidios otorgados por la entidad y que facilite el control del proceso y provea información gerencial para la toma de decisiones, donde la información sea utilizada como una herramienta de competitividad, para diferenciar productos, identificar segmentos del mercado y reducir la carga operativa para la obtención de información.
