Aclárase la Ley 26 de 1947 en el sentido de ordenar, como en efecto se ordena por la presente Ley, la erección de un busto en bronce, con pedestal de mármol, a Calendario Obeso, que será colocado en el lugar de la ciudad de Mompós que designe el Consejo de esa ciudad, y que llevara la siguiente inscripción:

A CALENDARIO OBESO,

LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA.

LEY 36 DE 1948 .

El costo de la obra se tomará de la suma votada por el artículo 3.° de la Ley 26 de 1947 .
