Todas las personas que presten sus servicios a la Caja son empleados públicos y, por lo tanto, estarán sometidos al régimen legal vigente para los mismos. No obstante lo anterior, conforme al artículo 5º del Decreto 3135 de 1968 podrán vincularse mediante contrato de trabajo las personas que realicen trabajos ocasionales.
