La propiedad de los productos técnico pedagógicos objeto de este decreto, será del Sena; por lo tanto, podrán ser utilizados en labores del Sena a nivel nacional o regional, en las acciones de formación profesional de la entidad, con el debido reconocimiento o crédito de los autores.
