Art. 10 Cuando el dueño de un alambique sellado quiera venderlo ó ponerlo á funcionar, ocurrirá al Recaudador para que levante el sello. El comprador, una vez celebrado el contrato, cumplirá los requisitos determinados en los dos artículos anteriores.
