El salario que devengue el Presidente de TELECOM, incluyendo ingresos de diversa índole que tengan carácter permanente, no podrá ser superior al que corresponde a los Ministros del Despacho Ejecutivo. A su vez ningún empleado de TELECOM podrá devengar una asignación mayor a la que perciba el Presidente de la Empresa.
