Forma de las prepuestas . Los proponentes invitados podrán presentarse al concurso de méritos en forma individual, o en asocio, o consorcio formado por dos (2) o más proponentes inscritos en el correspondiente registro cuando así se autorice en la convocatoria. Los proponentes en consorcio responderán por la ejecución del contrato en forma solidaria.
