En los eventos contemplados en el artículo 190 del decreto ley 960 de 1970 y en todos los casos en que deba nombrarse Notario en propiedad, cuando no exista lista de candidatos aprobados en concurso, los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios comunicarán a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, la vacante, tan pronto como esta ocurra, para los fines previstos en el artículo 1º del decreto 2431 de 1974.
