Las sentencias judiciales sobre propiedad de las patentes de invención, pasadas en autoridad de cosa juzgada, se enviaran originales y con todos sus antecedentes, al Ministerio del ramo, para que de ellas tome nota al margen de la diligencia, de anotación o registro de la respectiva patente en el libro correspondiente, y se archive con aquellos.
